To guarantee orderly post-purchase arrangement, we set exclusive return terms for pre-order items, limited-edition goods and seasonal exclusive items separately from regular commodity rules. We respect your shopping decision fully, and deliver targeted post-purchase service for special categorized products with sincere service attitude.
Special Merchandise Return Clauses
A. Pre-order reserved items: Voluntary return application can be submitted before item outbound; no voluntary return supported once goods enter preparation procedure.
B. Limited-edition serialized items: Voluntary return due to personal preference change is not supported; only quality-caused defect refund is available.
C. Seasonal promotional bundled items: The whole set shall be returned together for qualified refund; single piece return from bundled set is not accepted.
We greatly appreciate your full understanding of special product operation rules before placing special orders. We will attach detailed product attribute notes on each special item page for your reference. If you receive defective special items, please submit image proof timely, and we will verify and solve your problem preferentially.
